Dutch Carrots are small, sweet and still have their tops attached. Carrots can be eaten raw or steamed, roasted, baked and even juiced. They go well with butter, beef, chicken, cumin, feta and honey. They're an excellent source of vitamin A; good source of dietary fibre.
A mild tasting chilli, similar to capsicum. Bullhorn Chillies can be eaten raw, roasted, sauteed or pickled. A source of antioxidants, Vitamin C and Potassium.
Sweet chilis have very little to no heat. It's an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin A.
